Terms of sale

Provisional text, to be reviewed by legal counsel before going live. The French version prevails.

1. Scope

These terms govern sales made on this site between UNÇÃO SAO PAULO and consumer customers.

2. Prices and payment

Prices are in euros including VAT, excluding shipping shown before checkout. Payment is made by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay through Stripe.

3. Right of withdrawal

You have 14 days from delivery to withdraw, without giving a reason. Items must be returned unworn, with their tags. Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the return.

4. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law.
